My favorite Christmas movie/show is the Charlie Brown Christmas. I know you love it too. One of the best things about this show is the music done by the one and only Vince Guaraldi Trio Who didn’t get excited when Linus & Lucy started to play on the radio when they were a kid?
The best part of the show is when Charlie Brown is frustrated and at his lowest point. He asks Linus what Christmas is all about.

I love Linus’s speech. It is so good to hear it. Christmas is about a Savior! It’s about Jesus Christ!
I get a little tired of hearing the nice but incomplete answers – it’s about family, it’s about giving, it’s about joy, it’s about peace, etc.
Those are all great things. But it’s about Jesus Christ, the One who makes all good things possible.
I can’t even with that screechy “Christmastime is here” song, though.
IIRC, one of Charles Schulz’ daughters is a Latter-day Saint. So returning the focus on Christ and the simple things (like a diminutive Christmas tree), are extremely important.
HA! Lattertarian … I have little kids and I teach primary. My whole life is screechy! I never even thought of it that way.
