Continuing the M* baby boom

Joshua William Biddulph, a health eight-pound boy, was born on Sunday morning at about 3 a.m. Father and mother and two tired big sisters are doing fine.

Last time I had a baby I wasn’t a member of the Church and kept alive with regular cups of coffee. Any suggestions from the non-caffeinated masses how I can survive this newborn without coffee (I’m trying to cut out the colas also)? I exercise regularly and am in excellent health. I don’t know how anybody has a baby and does not get fired from his job. If you see somebody asleep at the temple, it will probably be me looking for a nice place to rest.

  2. Congratulations, Geoff! I’m looking for the same advice on getting sleep, seven weeks later.

If you send me the pix, I can resize them for you.

I have heard that apples are supposed to wake you up more than a cup of coffee. πŸ™‚
