This article is definitely good enough for its own post. It will be interesting to see the reactions. Remember, my friends, it is satire. My favorite excerpt:

From there the Child went up to the city of Jerusalem, and entered through the gate seated on an ass. The crowds of network anchors who had followed him from afar cheered “Hosanna” and waved great palm fronds and strewed them at his feet.

That’s perfect. Reminds me of a t-shirt I made several months back with Obama’s face on the Corcovado statue in Rio de Janeiro…also meant as satire.

Even if the general media continues their Obamania, I think the average voting public are beginning to understand how skewed the reporting is. The more they fawn, the less credibility they have.

Reminds me of similar publicity stunts pulled by both major political parties.

Like the camera tracking Bill Clinton walking the long halls into the 2000 Democratic Party convention.

Or George W. Bush landing on the U.S.S. Abraham Lincoln under the ridiculously overstated banner “Mission Accomplished.”

Politicians love adulation, and always have. Nothing like a victory lap to make them feel like they’re on top of the world. And the press and their supporters buy right into it.
