I can sympathize on that one – I’ll be 37 in six weeks and don’t have any children yet. If and when my wife and I have children we will be at least into our forties before we’re done.

It just occurred to me that I may be having sympathy morning sickness because I’m unconsciously aware of making college tuition payments in my 70s.

We just had a couple in their mid 40′s have a baby in our ward. They had been they thought done with babies for years. As the Nigerian sister in my ward who lives on my street told me “when there is love there is always the potential for babies”

Yikes, is right, Geoff! I thought I had the field covered with the line, “My youngest will turn 18, the same year I can get young widow social security (60).”

Still, I always say, “What do I have better to do with my life than raise good kids”. Enjoy the journey.

Book, that’s about right. If my youngest goes on a mission, I may have kids in college until my mid-70s. Yikes!

Congratulations Geoff (and Sister B.) !! Wonderful news.

I feel for both of you. I had morning sickness 5 times, in varying degrees all thru the pregnancies, I have to add, I only threw up one time while “paper pregnant” with Hong Mei.

PS NO you are not too old for a newborn.

Well, my dear, since you do not “till the earth” like Adam, perhaps this is to even up the playing field (ha, ha). From the sound of things, I’m about two weeks farther along than you.
