As I ponder tomorrow as a day of thanks and giving, please permit me to share with you those things for which I am most grateful.
I am grateful for a loving wife who tolerates and overlooks my many imperfections and endeavors to assist me to be more like the Savior.
I am grateful for two beautiful children–Alex, 5 and Emma, 2–who think their daddy can do no wrong and is their best friend in the world.
My heart is filled to overflowing with gratitude for Elder Maxwell’s final conference address. I continue to marvel at the complexity and simplistic beauty of his message to the Saints.
I am grateful for a living prophet, President Thomas S. Monson.
I am grateful to my peers and co-bloggers on M* who pick-up the slack of this infrequent blogger.
I am grateful to the many blogs, bloggers and commenters who comprise the Bloggernacle. While my participation in the Bloggernacle is infrequent, I find a great deal of inspiration, motivation and excitation in the posts and comments that I do actually read.
I am grateful to Mark Mabry, Cameron Trejo, Clyde Bawden and Jason Barney for putting together such a beautiful presentation of the life of the Savior.
I am grateful to my Heavenly Father for blessings innumerable.
I am grateful to my friend Bob for loving me and accepting me for who I am. His tutelage has proved indispensable throughout my life. I am proud to be one of his “Son’s of Helaman”.
I am grateful to have been born of goodly parents, who raised me in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.
I am grateful for The Book of Mormon-Another Testament of Jesus Christ and the other standard works that comprise our canon of scripture.
I am grateful to live so close to the House of the Lord.
I am grateful to a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and to have the restored gospel in my life.
I am grateful for a testimony that was burned into my heart and soul while walking through the refiners fire.
I am grateful to be living in the fullness of times.
Please feel free to share with me those things for which you are most thankful.
