I will be taking you back into church history. It will be totally impossible to include everything. If you would like to add more, please post a comment. The history is for that week (Sunday through Saturday).
A Look Back in Church History for the week of November 8th through the 14, 2009
*11/10/1985 Ezra Taft Benson becomes the 13th president of the church. President Kimball passes away 5 days earlier (11/5/1985). President Benson’s counselors were Gordon B. Hinckley and Thomas S. Monson.
*11/11/1975 President Kimball rededicated the Saint George Utah Temple. The temple had some extensive remodeling done to it. The temple was originally dedicated in 1877. The Saint George Temple was the first temple completed after the saints came west. It had been 30 years from when the pioneers arrived in 1847 until a temple was dedicated. They did have the Endowment House in Salt Lake City. The three other pioneer temples were the Logan, Manti, and Salt Lake Temples completed in 1884, 1888, and 1893 respectively.
*11/14/1907 Howard W. Hunter was born in Boise, Idaho. He was the 14th church president from June 1994 until March 1995.
*11/14/1999 President Gordon B. Hinckley dedicated the Halifax Nova Scotia Temple (temple #64)
*11/14/1999 Boyd K. Packer dedicated the Regina Saskatchewan Temple (temple #65)
The above temples were dedicated on the same day.

Good information, Bill. Wasn’t November 14th the first time in history that two temples were dedicated on the same day?
Bill, great stuff! I am so glad you are part of our M* team.
Brian, you are correct.
